What You'll Do11
- 1Build and maintain strong client relationships
- 2Present benefit programs and assist clients with enrollment
- 3Contact provided leads to schedule virtual meetings with clients
- 4Drive commission-based sales and achieve targets
- 5Scale revenue through proactive outreach
- 6Drive performance improvements using analytics
- 7Debug sales processes and resolve client issues
- 8Lead new business initiatives
- 9Collaborate with team to share best practices
- 10Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
- 11Contribute to marketing campaigns
Requirements10
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons managing remote sales teams
- 3CPC Card certification preferred
- 4BCBA credential required
- 5AWS Certified knowledge beneficial
- 6Laptop or desktop computer with working camera
- 7Valid insurance license or willingness to obtain one
- 8Reside in North America including United States or Canada
- 9Strong verbal communication and relationship-building skills
- 10Friendly outgoing professional communication style
