Overview

You will own client relationships at a Chase branch in the NE Pittsburgh Market, managing a portfolio of 200+ households. You will connect clients to Chase Mobile App and ATM technology while delivering personalized financial guidance. Your role supports branch growth through new client acquisition and deepening existing relationships. What You'll Do6

  • 1Put clients first by delivering attentive, friendly service and creating a welcoming branch environment.
  • 2Manage assigned clients and meet with them in person and over the phone to build lasting relationships, understand financial needs, and tailor product recommendations.
  • 3Engage in clear, consultative communication to build trust, ask questions, listen, and anticipate client needs.
  • 4Educate clients on technology solutions like Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs to enable banking on their terms.
  • 5Learn products and services quickly to advise clients and connect them to specialists for complex financial needs.
  • 6Adhere to banking policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, including Dodd Frank and Truth in Lending Act standards.

  • 11+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking, Financial Services, or related industries with proven client acquisition and relationship deepening.
  • 2Excellent communication skills in person and over the phone, tailoring product benefits to diverse client needs.
  • 3Ability to quickly resolve client issues with attention to detail and consistency.
  • 4Operate within risk parameters and meet internal/external compliance obligations, including required training.
  • 5High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent.
  • 6Securities Industry Essential (SIE) exam, FINRA Series 6, state registration (including 63 if required), and Life licenses are minimum requirements; unlicensed applicants must obtain licenses through JPMC's licensing program within 180 days.
  • 7Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.
  • 8College degree or military equivalent preferred.
  • 9Experience adhering to banking policies and regulatory requirements preferred.
  • 10Must meet Dodd Frank/Truth in Lending Act qualifications for Loan Originators, including NMLS registration under the SAFE Act.
