Overview
You'll lead a select portfolio of affluent Chase clients in the Crenshaw branch, growing their balances through proactive, advice-based relationship management. As a Private Client Banker, you'll own the full banking relationship, from daily transactions to connecting clients with specialists for mortgages, investments, and business needs. You'll partner with Private Client Advisors and Mortgage Bankers to deliver tailored financial solutions. This branch role puts you at the heart of client experience, with a focus on lasting relationships and measurable growth.
What You'll Do6
- 1Share the value of Chase Private Client with eligible clients and welcome them into the program.
- 2Manage client banking relationships through an advice-based approach, recommending products that fit their financial goals.
- 3Partner with Private Client Advisors, Mortgage Bankers, and Business Relationship Managers to connect clients with specialized expertise.
- 4Set up and promote self-service banking options, including mobile and online access, for 24/7 convenience.
- 5Adhere to all policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements, including Dodd Frank and Truth in Lending Act.
- 6Generate new client acquisition by soliciting referrals from existing clients and building internal and external sources.
Requirements7
- 11+ year of branch banking or equivalent financial services experience with a track record in client acquisition and relationship growth
- 2Success using a value-added, relationship-oriented approach to deepen client relationships
- 3Completion of SIE, FINRA Series 6/7, and state registration (63/66) or commitment to pass within 180 days of hire
- 4Life insurance license or willingness to obtain within the same timeframe
- 5Compliance with Dodd Frank/Truth in Lending Act and SAFE Act registration through NMLS
- 6High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent
- 7Ability to work branch hours, including weekends and some evenings
