What You'll Do12
- 1Execute the bank's risk culture and strive for operational excellence
- 2Build relationships with clients to meet financial needs
- 3Follow established processes and guidelines in daily activities to do what is right for clients and the bank adhering to all applicable laws and regulations
- 4Grow business knowledge and network by partnering with experts in small business lending and investments
- 5Manage financial center traffic appointments and outbound calls effectively
- 6Drive the client experience through personalized service
- 7Handle cash responsibilities accurately and efficiently
- 8Collaborate across teams to solve complex client issues
- 9Adapt to new information and technology platforms quickly
- 10Communicate effectively with all clients confidently
- 11Prioritize results while maintaining compliance and client trust
- 12Work weekends or extended hours as needed
