What You'll Do11
- 1Execute bank risk culture and strive for operational excellence
- 2Build relationships with clients to meet financial needs
- 3Follow established processes and guidelines in daily activities to do what is right for clients and the bank adhering to all applicable laws and regulations
- 4Grow business knowledge and network by partnering with experts in small business lending and investments
- 5Manage financial center traffic appointments and outbound calls effectively
- 6Drive the client experience
- 7Manage cash responsibilities
- 8Collaborate effectively to get things done building and nurturing strong relationships
- 9Identify solutions for new and existing clients based on their needs
- 10Communicate effectively and confidently engaging all clients
- 11Learn and adapt to new information and technology platforms

- 1Enthusiastic highly motivated self starter with strong work ethic and intense focus on results acting in the best interest of the client
- 2Collaborates effectively building strong relationships displaying passion commitment drive to improve clients financial lives
- 3Confident educating clients on simple banking transactions through self service technologies like ATM online banking mobile banking
- 4Applies strong critical thinking problem solving skills to meet clients needs
- 5Efficiently manages time and capacity focusing on results while working weekends and/or extended hours and traveling to any financial center location within a reasonable distance
