- 6Acquire new clients by leveraging internal and external referral networks
- 7Collaborate with Private Client Advisors Mortgage Bankers and Business Relationship Managers
- 8Streamline client interactions by implementing efficient banking processes
- 9Maintain accurate records and uphold Dodd Frank/Truth in Lending Act compliance
- 10Develop long-term client relationships aligned with firm culture
- 11Demonstrate expertise in product selection tailored to individual needs
Requirements11
- 1Minimum 1 year Branch Banking experience with verifiable client acquisition revenue
- 2High school diploma or college degree required
- 3Securities Industry Essential exam FINRA Series 6/7 registration within 180 days
- 4State licensing including 63 or 66 where applicable
- 5Valid driver’s license and ability to work weekends evenings
- 6Proven track record in relationship management with affluent clientele
- 7Excellent communication skills and cultural competency
- 8Commitment to diversity inclusion principles
- 9Ability to pass criminal background check and meet financial responsibility criteria
- 10Familiarity with mortgage licensing processes and NMLS registration
- 11Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail
