The Relationship Banker leads client interactions in the lobby to educate and assist with transactions using self-service tools. What You'll Do11
- 1Execute the bank's risk culture and strive for operational excellence
- 2Build relationships with clients to meet financial needs

- 5Manage financial center traffic appointments and outbound calls effectively

Requirements9
- 1High School Diploma or GED
- 2One year of sales experience in a salary-plus-incentive environment
- 3Six months of cash handling experience
- 4Bachelor's degree or relevant associate's degree
- 5Strong oral communication and problem-solving skills
- 6Ability to work weekends and extended hours
- 7Experience with financial services and client relationship management
- 8Familiarity with self-service banking technologies
- 9Commitment to continuous learning and adaptability
