What You'll Do7
- 1Engage clients in the lobby and educate them on self-service transactions using ATM, online banking, and mobile banking platforms.
- 2Process cash transactions accurately and efficiently for clients, adhering to bank procedures and regulations.
- 3Build deep client relationships by discussing financial and life priorities and recommending tailored solutions.
- 4Manage financial center traffic, appointments, and outbound calls to optimize client engagement.
- 5Drive the client experience by identifying opportunities to connect clients with small business, lending, and investment specialists.
- 6Execute the bank's risk culture and operational excellence standards in all daily activities.
- 7Follow established processes and guidelines to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Requirements8
- 11+ years of demonstrated successful sales experience in a salary plus incentive environment with individual sales goals.
- 26+ months of cash handling experience.
- 31+ years of financial services industry knowledge and solution selling.
- 4High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent.
- 5Must be able to work weekends and/or extended hours, and be scheduled at any financial center within a reasonable distance.
- 6Ability to learn and adapt to new information and technology platforms.
- 7Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills to meet client needs.
- 8Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage all clients confidently.
