What You'll Do7
- 1Build relationships with clients to understand their financial and life priorities, connecting them to solutions that meet their goals
- 2Manage financial center traffic, appointments, and outbound calls to drive the client experience
- 3Process cash transactions accurately and efficiently for clients as needed
- 4Execute the bank's risk culture and follow established processes and guidelines, adhering to all applicable laws and regulations
- 5Educate clients on self-service technologies, such as mobile banking, online banking, and ATM, to conduct simple transactions
- 6Grow business knowledge and network by partnering with experts in small business, lending, and investments
- 7Drive operational excellence and the client experience in every interaction
Requirements8
- 1Bilingual Spanish required
- 2High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent
- 31+ year of demonstrated successful sales experience in a salary plus incentive environment with individual sales goals
- 46+ months of cash handling experience
- 51+ year in financial services and knowledge of the financial services industry, products, and solutions
- 6Flexible to work weekends and/or extended hours as needed
- 7Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- 8Effective communication and confidence in engaging all clients
