What You'll Do10
- 1Open new accounts and cross-sell bank products, targeting personal monthly production goals.
- 2Process deposits, withdrawals, and payments, verifying cash and endorsements to prevent fraud.
- 3Issue money orders, cashier's checks, wires, and certificates of deposit, including Western Union.
- 4Balance your cash drawer daily, ensuring every transaction records accurately.
- 5Prospect in-store aisles to engage potential customers and promote bank services.
- 6Serve a diverse customer base with clear communication in Spanish and English.
- 7Handle cash advances and bank-to-bank transfers with precision.
- 8Maintain regular attendance and adapt to schedule changes as business demands.
- 9Follow bank policies and supervisor instructions to maintain compliance and security.
- 10Operate computers and office machinery while standing for extended periods when needed.
Requirements7
- 118+ years old and a high school diploma or equivalent.
- 2Six months of retail or customer service experience preferred.
- 3Fluent in Spanish and English, with clear professional communication.
- 4Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- 5Pass a background investigation as per company policy.
- 6Stand or walk for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
- 7Thrive in a high-volume, noisy environment and work effectively in a team.
