Relationship Banker, Bilingual Spanish - Financial Center
Overview
Perform client engagements in-branch to educate and assist with transactions via self-service tools such as online banking, mobile banking, and ATMs. Build relationships to meet financial needs and guide clients to appropriate solutions. Collaborate with specialists in lending, investments, and small business to expand service capacity.

- 7Build relationships and trust through consistent, compliant service
- 8Educate clients on self-service technologies such as ATM, online and mobile banking
- 9Generate and nurture client referrals to expand service reach
- 10Maintain a professional and collaborative in-office culture at all times
Requirements10
- 1Bilingual in Spanish required
- 2Weekend and/or extended hours availability
- 3Demonstrated sales experience in a salary plus incentive environment with individual goals
- 4Cash handling experience preferred
- 5Bachelor's Degree or relevant Associate degree preferred
- 6Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- 7Ability to learn and adapt to new technology platforms
- 8Compliance with laws and regulations and strong ethical standards
- 9Reliability and ability to work in a team
- 10Financial services knowledge or experience is a plus
