What You'll Do7
- 1Build lasting customer relationships by discovering financial needs and tailoring product and service recommendations
- 2Operate a teller drawer, serving customers in the lobby and drive-up lanes with accuracy and speed
- 3Open new accounts, perform account maintenance, and assist customers with digital banking tools
- 4Collaborate with Mortgage and Wealth Management partners to connect customers to specialized experts
- 5Recognize potential fraud and other risks, escalating issues per bank policy
- 6Support branch opening and closing procedures, including cash balancing and security checks
- 7Represent the bank at community and branch events to strengthen local presence
Requirements6
- 11-3 years of experience in customer service, financial services, or sales
- 2High School diploma or GED required
- 3Bilingual Spanish required, with fluency in verbal and written communication
- 4Intermediate computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office and banking software
- 5Ability to lift up to 50 lbs for cash and supply handling
- 6Must pass a background check and comply with banking regulations
