What You'll Do11
- 1Create a welcoming professional experience for clients and visitors
- 2Conduct intake interviews and coordinate appointments
- 3Verify insurance benefits and obtain prior authorizations
- 4Connect clients with appropriate programs and resources
- 5Support front office operations including scheduling and payments
- 6Demonstrate culturally responsive client-centered service
- 7Collaborate with team members to promote positive workplace culture
- 8Perform administrative tasks such as filing and phone coverage
- 9Maintain strict confidentiality and safeguard PHI under HIPAA
- 10Complete required trainings and certifications
- 11Assist with various daily operational duties
Requirements8
- 1High School Diploma or GED required
- 2Regular Monday through Friday shift 8:00am to 4:30pm
- 3At least one year of progressive business or administrative training
- 4At least one year of direct service to individuals with mental health behavioral health or substance use disorder diagnoses
- 5At least one year of triaging high-volume calls
- 6Comfort with electronic health records and Microsoft Office
- 7Intermediate computer proficiency
- 8Preference for candidates who have worked in similar roles
