Registered Nurse RN Resource Team, Hospital Nursing & CCO
Overview
Own patient care across multiple units within Banner Health's Clinical Care Operations team at night. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver evidence-based nursing care in a high acuity environment. This role supports relief staffing and flexible shifts with weekend and holiday rotation. You will grow through quarterly goal planning and expand RN skillsets.
What You'll Do7
- 1Assess patient needs and plan individualized care across units
- 2Implement and coordinate care plans with the healthcare team
- 3Document care, monitor outcomes, and communicate patient status to care partners
- 4Evaluate patient responses and update plans to improve outcomes
- 5Participate in clinical leadership, mentorship, and quality improvement initiatives
- 6Provide patient and family education to support discharge planning
- 7Promote safety, efficiency, and evidence-based practice in daily care
Requirements5
- 1Must possess a current, valid RN license in state of practice or compact license
- 2BLS certification required
- 3Experience in acute care hospital setting within the past 12 months
- 4Ability to operate in a hospital environment including night shift and on-call rotations
- 5Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card where applicable
