Overview

What You'll Do5
- 1Build continuous monitoring and assessment workflows for critically ill patients
- 2Design and implement care plans for unstable patients with complex needs using ventilator support and vasoactive therapies
- 3Lead rapid response and code events alongside physicians and respiratory therapists
- 4Provide education and emotional support to patients and families during critical illness
- 5Document assessments, interventions, and patient responses in the electronic medical record
Requirements5
- 1Current RN license in state of practice
- 2Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- 3Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
- 4Associate`s or Bachelor`s Degree in Nursing
- 5Minimum 1-2 years of critical care or med-surg nursing experience
