ICU Registered Nurse in Phoenix AZ - Critical Care
Overview
RN in a high acuity ICU leading patient care for critically ill adults at scale and across shifts. You will work with an interdisciplinary team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans. What You'll Do9
- 1Build and monitor continuous hemodynamic and ventilator management for critically ill patients
- 2Titrate vasoactive drips and adjust treatment plans per physician orders to meet patient goals
- 3Respond to emergent changes including cardiac and respiratory arrests with rapid assessment and intervention
- 4Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, and nursing colleagues to coordinate care plans
- 5Educate and support patients and families during critical illness and transition
- 6Document assessments, interventions, and patient response in the electronic medical record
- 7Participate in rounds and contribute to care plan optimization
- 8Assist with quality improvement initiatives in critical care
- 9Ensure patient safety and regulatory compliance in all critical care activities
Requirements6
- 1Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (Required)
- 2Minimum 1-2 years of critical care or med-surg nursing experience (Preferred)
- 3Current RN license in state of practice (Required)
- 4Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (Required)
- 5Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification (Required)
- 6Critical Care Registered Nurse (CCRN) certification (Preferred)
