Requirements11
- 15+ years of ICU experience with proven clinical excellence
- 2Advanced practice certification in critical care nursing
- 3Minimum 1 year of direct patient care experience
- 4Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree or equivalent
- 5Current Arizona RN license and BLS certification
- 6Demonstrated leadership abilities in fast-paced environments
- 7Strong communication skills for effective collaboration
- 8Ability to work flexible night shifts across multiple locations
- 9Commitment to continuous learning and professional growth
- 10Experience with electronic health record systems
- 11Certification in specialized ICU areas preferred
