- 1Support environment for delivery of care for BMH patients
- 2Act as clinical resource for BMH patient populations across hospital areas
- 3Maintain competence to provide and/or assist with clinical care including Code BERT lead
- 4Participate in educational processes related to healthcare delivery
- 5Foster professional development of self and others through coaching and feedback
- 6Drive admission transfer and discharge processes to ensure efficient patient flow
- 7Manage supplies to promote quality patient care
- 8Serve as department leader on shift in absence of manager
- 9Support staffing effectiveness and achieve departmental goals
- 10Lead department meetings and support system change initiatives
- 11Monitor work environment to maintain safety culture
Requirements7
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 21 year of people management experience
- 32 years of clinical nursing experience
- 4Certification as Registered Nurse in Georgia or multi-state through Enhanced Nurse Licensure Compact
- 5Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association
- 6Marcus Crisis Prevention Program Tier 5 training within 3 months of employment
- 7Professional Nursing Certification deemed by department required after one year
