Regional Therapy Director
Overview
QRM seeks experienced Therapy/Rehab Program Manager skilled in Clinical Reimbursement and Patient Driven Payment Model (PDPM) across PT-PTA-OT-OTA-SLP domains. Licensed clinician with multi-site management experience must reside in Philadelphia NJ and travel regularly including overnight trips.
What You'll Do11
- 1Provide extensive training analysis and consultation to regional facilities and teams
- 2Monitor and recommend changes to facility processes systems policies and practices for efficient effective and compliant rehab oversight
- 3Consult train support staff on reimbursement methodologies specifically PDPM
- 4Analyze systems to ensure compliance with federal state regulations and company policies
- 5Work with teams to resolve issues endorse changes and conduct follow-ups to monitor implementation
- 6Promote compliance through periodic audits of assessments documentation and relevant data
- 7Recognize advise and promote facility best practices and systems
- 8Apply knowledge of Medicare rules billing codes and HIPAA privacy regulations
- 9Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- 10Manage multi-site SNF rehabilitation programs with supervisory administrative or consultative responsibilities
- 11Train mentor and lead clinicians while collaborating with teams
Requirements11
- 1Licensed clinician with multi-site management experience
- 2Degree from accredited program
- 3Philadelphia NJ residency required
- 4Ability to travel consistently including overnight trips
- 5Three to five years clinical experience in long-term care settings
- 6Prior multi-site SNF management with clinical process background
- 7Training and mentoring capabilities
- 8Current knowledge of computer technology and systems
- 9Experience with Rehab Optima or Net Health documentation systems
- 10Therapy license (OT/OTA/PT/PTA/SLP)
- 11Willingness to travel 50 percent preferred
