Lead full time in-house therapy team at Arlington Residence & Rehabilitation Center Dallas Texas. Own development of balance mobility cognition functional maintenance dining creative fun groups. Provide ongoing training career development while building outpatient program. Work within small growing network of over 85 skilled nursing and post-acute rehabilitation facilities throughout Texas.
What You'll Do7
- 1Design and implement therapy programs focusing on balance mobility cognition functional maintenance dining creative fun groups
- 2Lead interdisciplinary therapy initiatives across PT PTA OT OTA or PTA roles
- 3Drive patient outcomes through innovative therapeutic approaches
- 4Mentor and develop therapists within the organization
- 5Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers and staff
- 6Contribute to expansion of outpatient services
- 7Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements
Requirements7
- 1License in the state of Texas
- 2Experience managing therapy teams in skilled nursing facilities
- 3Proven track record of program development and implementation
