Regional Finance Director, Hospitality & Foodservice
Overview
Regional Finance Director leads strategic financial planning across multiple units in the hospitality sector. Owns budgeting, forecasting, and P&L analysis to drive results at scale. Partners with operations and senior leadership to ensure controls and financial visibility. Builds and mentors a high-performing finance team in a fast-growing environment.
What You'll Do9
- 1Build regional financial plans including annual budget, forecasts, and long-range planning to enable growth
- 2Design and maintain internal controls and financial integrity across units while mitigating risk
- 3Lead month-end close, financial reporting, and performance analysis for assigned regions
- 4Own and analyze regional P&L, provide actionable insights and recommendations for improvement
- 5Review GL reconciliations and resolve balance sheet issues in a timely manner
- 6Serve as strategic business partner to operations and leadership to optimize financial results
- 7Develop, coach, and mentor finance staff to build a high-performing team
- 8Identify opportunities for process improvements, cost optimization, and enhanced visibility
- 9Drive collaboration with operations to improve operational efficiency and financial outcomes
Requirements8
- 1Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting
- 2Minimum of 5+ years progressive experience in finance or accounting
- 3Previous supervisory or people management experience
- 4Hospitality, retail, or foodservice industry experience preferred
- 5Strong proficiency in SAP or similar ERP systems
- 6Advanced Excel capabilities including financial modeling and data analysis
- 7Demonstrated budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning experience
- 8Solid understanding of P&L management, variance analysis, and financial controls
