What You'll Do10

  • 1Build monthly, quarterly, and annual FP&A processes including budgeting and forecasting to deliver actionable insights
  • 2Design and maintain executive dashboards and management reporting packages with Tableau or Power BI to support senior leadership decisions
  • 3Partner with operations, marketing, and cross-functional teams to understand drivers of same-store sales and unit economics
  • 4Develop multi-location financial models and store opening analyses to guide expansion
  • 5Lead scenario planning and sensitivity analyses to support strategic initiatives and risk mitigation
  • 6Identify efficiency opportunities and cost optimization initiatives to improve profitability
  • 7Drive adoption of new financial systems and reporting tools to increase accuracy and speed
  • 8Own variance analysis and performance reporting to ensure timely, accurate financials
  • 9Collaborate with accounting to ensure accurate financial reporting and close processes
  • 10Mentor junior analysts and establish best practices for FP&A processes

Requirements10

  • 15+ years building FP&A, financial modeling, and analysis experience in QSR or restaurant environments
  • 2Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
  • 3Advanced Excel skills and financial modeling expertise
  • 4Experience with BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI
  • 5Knowledge of GAAP, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
  • 6ERP systems experience and familiarity with financial reporting software
  • 7SQL database knowledge is a plus
  • 8Strong communication, presentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • 9Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments and meets tight deadlines
  • 10CPA or CFA designation and multi-unit or PE-backed experience are a plus
