Overview
Prime Communications seeks a Director of Financial Planning and Performance to lead analytical operations. This leader reports directly to the CFO and owns the reporting framework linking store-level performance to enterprise financial outcomes. The role drives profitability insights and cascades goals across 2,000 locations.
What You'll Do9
- 1Lead store-level and consolidated financial analysis across ~2,000 locations identifying performance drivers and trends
- 2Set and cascade financial goals from enterprise level to individual stores in partnership with field leadership
- 3Assist with monthly and quarterly reporting packages including variance analysis and management commentary
- 4Partner with Operations HR and Compliance to translate field data into financial recommendations
- 5Build store-level forecasting and budgeting models for revenue labor and EBITDA
- 6Develop KPI frameworks such as productivity and cost per unit to drive store-level accountability
- 7Provide ad hoc analysis for strategic initiatives like store relocations and market expansion
- 8Present findings directly to the CFO and executive team
- 9Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to solve complex financial challenges
Requirements8
- 1Bachelor's degree in Finance Accounting Economics or related field with CPA preferred
- 25-10 years progressive experience in financial planning analysis corporate finance or accounting
- 3Proven experience analyzing multi-location retail operations
- 4Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills with Power BI or similar BI tools
- 5Track record of delivering executive-ready recommendations through data analysis
- 6Strong communication abilities with confidence to present to senior leadership
- 7Collaborative working style engaging Operations HR and field leadership
- 8Ability to execute directionally while proactively raising questions when needed
