Requirements11
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons leading teams in high-turnover environments
- 3Experience with AWS Certified solutions and Kubernetes platforms
- 4Proven ability to recruit, train, and retain hourly associates
- 5Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting and forecasting
- 6Expertise in Live Better U education programs and tuition reimbursement
- 7Demonstrated track record in community engagement and public relations
- 8Certification in BCBA or similar leadership credentials
- 9Experience with regional pay zone structures and state differential requirements
- 10Ability to manage complex compliance issues and interpret regulations
