Overview
Kaleidoscope Family Solutions seeks a Regional Director to lead operations across New Jersey Massachusetts and Rhode Island. This full-time permanent position based in Bryn Mawr PA involves driving growth managing five direct reports and traveling twenty-five percent. The role focuses on expanding market penetration achieving financial targets and overseeing program directors.
What You'll Do12
- 1Supervise Program Directors by providing leadership to maximize department efficiency by administering company personnel policies and procedures
- 2Collaborate with other Directors including Executive Operations and Recruiting Director
- 3Develop growth metrics approved by Ownership and Executive Director
- 4Direct personnel activities of staff hire train appraise motivate discipline address complaints and resolve problems leaves work schedules and assignments while maintaining employee relations
- 5Educate staff in company processes initiate coordinate and enforce policies and procedures to accomplish team office objectives and obtain staff results by communicating expectations
- 6Evaluate effectiveness of staff recommend and implement necessary changes perform personnel reviews or evaluations and document disciplinary and performance related counseling or coaching
- 7Responsible for meeting all financial and operational goals for the office or team by maximizing market penetration
- 8Develop and maintain a business plan sufficient to meet budgeted office or team goals accomplish financial objectives by forecasting requirements preparing an annual budget scheduling expenditures analyzing variances and initiating corrective actions
- 9Obtain additional business through telephone and personal sales calls to prospective and active clients
- 10Monitor recruiting efforts directly and implement changes as needed to ensure timely filling of client needs
- 11Conduct daily prioritization and bi-weekly overview meetings to monitor progress on referrals
- 12Review daily weekly and monthly billable hour expectations with each Program Director
Requirements11
- 1Bachelor's Degree required (Master's preferred)
- 23-5 years of strong supervisory leadership experience in Human Services Mental Health or Autism-IDD
- 35+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 420-25% travel
