Overview
We need a Recruiter to partner with our Recruiting Director in Bryn Mawr. The ideal candidate will own the recruitment process and drive results across Pennsylvania. This role offers a chance to make a colorful impact while representing our organization professionally.
What You'll Do7
- 1Phone screen candidates to identify the most qualified applicants based on minimum and preferred qualifications
- 2Utilize recruitment resources such as job boards social media job fairs and networking events to fill open positions
- 3Maintain recruitment database ensuring accurate entry of applications interview notes and credentials
- 4Develop and execute creative sourcing plans for hourly consultants
- 5Conduct interviews both in person and via video to collect necessary information following company policies
- 6Complete and review administrative paperwork promptly during onboarding
- 7Interact tactfully and professionally with internal and external stakeholders
Requirements5
- 1High School Diploma or GED
- 2Minimum one year experience in full cycle recruiting
- 3Ability to meet weekly performance metrics
- 4Ambitious personality seeking a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
