- 6Develop Candidate Rapport and Communication
- 7Maintain a Strong Track Record in Candidate Recruitment
- 8Documented satisfactory references from employers and/or professional peers
- 9All other requirements regarding Background Screening References and Verifications as described in the ePeople Hiring Policy and Procedure
