Entry Level Recruiter (Bilingual)
Overview
We are seeking an Entry Level Recruiter (Bilingual) at Source2 in Orlando Florida remote. This role involves reviewing resumes conducting interviews managing candidates and coordinating training. The ideal candidate is results driven bilingual in English and Spanish with strong communication skills and a passion for making connections.
What You'll Do9
- 1Review candidate resumes to identify top qualified individuals
- 2Conduct or oversee initial phone screens or video interviews
- 3Contact candidates via ATS or direct sourcing
- 4Perform interviews make offers and schedule training classes
- 5Communicate progress and coordinate changes with clients and candidates
- 6Manage candidate flow and workload through Source2 and client ATS
- 7Utilize digital tools to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies
- 8Take initiative and assume ownership without direction
- 9Partner directly with hiring managers and HR stakeholders
Requirements9
- 1Bilingual in English and Spanish written and verbal
- 2Excellent communication skills for partnership with hiring managers and HR
- 3Strong digital literacy and ability to learn new technologies
- 4Ability to take initiative ownership and start work independently
- 5Customer service focus and passion for making connections
- 65+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 7Certification in recruiting or related field
- 8Experience with ATS platforms
- 9Proven track record of meeting recruitment goals through effective time management
