Region Operations Coordinator, Remote Support & Scheduling
Overview
Coordinate and support the Region Director across communications, scheduling, reporting, and administration. AmeriGas serves over 1.5 million customers with 6,500+ professionals. This remote role acts as the central communications point for the region. Work under minimal supervision while enabling the Director's extensive travel. Make an impact by streamlining daily operations for a national propane leader.
What You'll Do9
- 1Own the Region Director's monthly calendar, scheduling conference calls, report deadlines, and meetings.
- 2Handle all incoming calls, emails, and mail with appropriate responses and follow-through.
- 3Process a variety of reports including monthly safety meetings, DOT certificate checks, and contribution margins.
- 4Maintain the pricing book for all districts, updating with new offers and changes.
- 5Review and process expense reports and payables for the regional office, plus assist with annual budgets.
- 6Support districts with HR tasks: send monthly review calendars, review new hire packets.
- 7Assist sales reps by typing bids, placing orders, and creating incentive flyers.
- 8Coordinate monthly safety committee conference calls and track training records for CETP and violations.
- 9Serve as backup for district CRRs and answer employee questions on insurance and policies.
Requirements5
- 15+ years in a fast-paced business operation or similar office setting.
- 25+ years at AmeriGas with understanding of district operations.
- 3High School Diploma with intermediate computer skills in Microsoft Office products.
- 4Proven ability to operate all office equipment.
- 5Proactive and responsive to all issues and concerns.
