What You'll Do6

- 2Screen qualify and manage candidates through credential verification and onboarding processes

- 4Maintain accurate candidate and placement data in Bullhorn systems
- 5Optimize recruiting performance by recommending competitive pay rates and monitoring margins
- 6Drive successful starts and provider retention through strategic relationship management
Requirements5
- 12+ years recruitment experience in agency or staffing environments
- 2Bachelor's degree required
- 3Strong grit resilience and work ethic for fast-paced settings
- 4Excellent communication skills for relationship building
- 5Ability to organize tasks across daily weekly and monthly recruitment goals
