What You'll Do11
- 1Recruit and place allied health professionals in Maryland school-based roles
- 2Manage recruitment lifecycle from outreach to signed offer
- 3Build candidate pipelines via job boards referrals and direct outreach
- 4Match candidates to positions based on credentials location preferences and career goals
- 5Communicate assignments compensation and contract terms clearly
- 6Partner with Client Services to understand school staffing needs
- 7Maintain accurate recruitment records
- 8Complete reference checks and support onboarding
- 9Develop long-term relationships with candidates
- 10Create consistent social media calendar for company platforms
- 11Produce engaging content promoting services culture and hiring opportunities
Requirements11
- 11–3+ years recruiting experience in healthcare education or staffing
- 2Prior experience recruiting therapists educators or other healthcare professionals is a plus
- 3Strong communication interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- 4Excellent organization time management and multitasking abilities
- 5Comfortable with high-volume digital sourcing methods including Indeed LinkedIn and other platforms
- 6Ability to work independently managing multiple open positions and competing priorities
- 7Self-motivated with strong sense of urgency and follow-through
- 8Professional demeanor with excellent customer service skills
- 9Strong written communication skills for recruiting and social media content
- 10Familiarity with Facebook Instagram LinkedIn and TikTok for employer branding
- 11Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software quickly
Salary Insight
$46 - $52k per year
