Requirements9
- 13+ years of experience in reconstruction, restoration, or construction project management
- 2Strong knowledge of reconstruction processes, building codes, and industry standards

- 4Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-facing skills
- 5Proficiency with project management software and tools
- 6Valid drivers license and reliable transportation for regular site visits in the Phoenix area
