What You'll Do7
- 1Lead and manage restoration reconstruction projects from start to finish
- 2Coordinate with subcontractors vendors and internal teams to ensure on time and on budget delivery
- 3Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress quality and safety compliance
- 4Develop maintain and track detailed project schedules budgets and documentation
- 5Serve as primary client contact providing updates and managing expectations
- 6Review negotiate contracts change orders and scopes of work
- 7Identify and resolve project issues delays or risks proactively
Requirements6
- 13+ years of experience in insurance reconstruction restoration or construction project management
- 2Strong knowledge of reconstruction processes building codes and industry standards
- 3Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline driven environment
- 4Excellent communication negotiation and client facing skills
- 5Proficiency with project management software and tools
- 6Valid driver`s license and reliable transportation for regular site visits in the Phoenix area
