Project Manager, Disaster Restoration & Construction
Overview
The Project Manager owns end-to-end disaster restoration projects at scale, coordinating mitigation and construction work for commercial and residential clients. You will manage timelines, budgets, and cross-functional teams including subcontractors, field crews, and clients. Prove n Jobs software usage to create and track projects, maintain client communication, and ensure safety and quality standards. This role blends hands-on site oversight with client relationship management to drive on-time delivery and profit margins.
What You'll Do10
- 1Build project plans, timelines, and budgets using Proven Jobs software to align client expectations and field execution
- 2Coordinate with clients, teams, and subcontractors to ensure timely project completion while maintaining scope
- 3Monitor hydro-related data with Encircle to inform decisions and reporting
- 4Schedule walks, inspections, and sign-offs with property management and subs to verify scope
- 5Manage change orders, approvals, and additional client requests while tracking metrics and profitability
- 6Oversee multiple mitigation and construction projects simultaneously and adjust plans as needed
- 7Document completion status via email updates and Final Photo Report delivery to stakeholders
- 8Conduct post-project evaluations and send customer satisfaction surveys via Proven Jobs
- 9Ensure compliance with industry standards, local regulations, and company policies
- 10Maintain and grow client relationships using Proven Jobs for documentation and communication
Requirements5
- 13+ years of Project Management experience or 5-7+ years of construction leadership experience
- 2Prior disaster restoration experience with mitigation and reconstruction
- 3Proficiency with computers and ability to learn new software
- 4Strong customer service and sales skills
- 5Strong organizational skills
Salary Insight
$75 - $95k per year
