Construction Project Manager, Residential Restoration & Compliance
Overview
Own restoration and reconstruction programs from authorization to completion at scale, ensuring scope, budget, and timeline alignment. Collaborate with field teams across mitigation, demolition, trades, and reconstruction to deliver quality outcomes. Serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners, adjusters, TPAs, and internal stakeholders. Maintain strict adherence to IICRC standards, safety protocols, and building codes while driving customer satisfaction and project profitability.
What You'll Do10
- 1Build and oversee restoration and reconstruction projects from start to finish, ensuring scope, budget, and schedule are met
- 2Coordinate field operations across mitigation, demolition, trades, and reconstruction teams to maintain throughput and quality
- 3Engage homeowners, adjusters, TPAs, and internal stakeholders as the central communications hub
- 4Review and manage budgets, change orders, and cost controls to protect gross profit
- 5Ensure compliance with IICRC standards, safety protocols, and local/state regulations
- 6Monitor project schedules and resolve delays or resource constraints proactively
- 7Approve scopes, estimates, and supplements with estimating and operations teams
- 8Conduct site visits to verify quality, progress, and adherence to scope
- 9Manage subcontractors and vendors including scheduling, performance, and payment approvals
- 10Maintain accurate project documentation from photos to close-out packages
Requirements7
- 1Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
- 2Two (2) years related experience as a Construction Manager or related occupation
- 3Experience includes full lifecycle execution of large-scale residential development programs with annual budgets
- 4Experience includes managing structured capital deployment aligned with funding bank agreements and draw certification accuracy
- 5Experience includes leading full lifecycle residential construction programs with master scheduling, multi-trade coordination, and subcontractor performance management under IBC compliance
- 6Experience includes aligning trades, inspectors, and project management personnel to maintain schedule and budget during all phases
- 7Experience includes leading multi-jurisdictional permitting and regulatory approvals ensuring compliance with municipal, state, and federal building, environmental, and energy codes
