Own guest interactions and information flow for a luxury club environment at Phoenix Country Club. You will be the first point of contact for visitors, answer inquiries, and provide directions and basic clerical support. What You'll Do5
- 1Build a welcoming experience by greeting visitors and directing them to the appropriate department
- 2Answer incoming calls, forward to the right person, or take messages to ensure timely responses
- 3Provide basic clerical support such as typing, copying, filing, and composing routine correspondence
- 4Assist guests with inquiries and directions to facilities and departments
- 5Maintain reliable attendance and support additional duties as needed
Requirements5
- 1High school diploma or GED or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 21-3 months related experience or training preferred
- 3Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- 4Ability to read and speak English for communication and manual use
- 5Ability to perform routine office tasks in a standard office environment
