What You'll Do8
- 1Build a welcoming guest experience from arrival through seating
- 2Manage rotation seating and guest lists to control flow in the dining room
- 3Assist with side work, bussing tables, and taking cocktail orders to support service staff
- 4Maintain reservation book and record guest requests and special needs
- 5Communicate guest issues to the department manager and help resolve them promptly
- 6Uphold appearance and cleanliness standards in all service areas
- 7Ensure proper table settings and daily station readiness
- 8Remain visible and accessible to guests, staff, and management
