Call Center Operator, Seasonal Golf Reservations
Overview
call center operations for seven golf courses at the Recreation Centers of Sun City West. Handle tee time reservations and inquiries during the fall-to-spring season. Collaborate with golf shop teams to ensure accurate bookings and customer satisfaction. This role emphasizes friendly first contact and accurate recordkeeping. The environment is onsite in Phoenix with seasonal support and no supervisory duties.
What You'll Do9
- 1Build tee time reservations by phone and online and ensure accurate entries
- 2Design and modify tee times, check availability, and cancel bookings as needed tee sheet
- 3Lead multiple incoming calls, place customers in a queue, and manage hold times
- 4Ship information on courses, events, and schedules to customers and staff golf courses
- 5Drive customer satisfaction by providing welcoming service and resolving basic issues in collaboration with supervisors customer service
- 6Own daily call log maintenance and reporting of call volume and outcomes documentation
- 7Scale operations by coordinating with golf shops for regular communication and updates team coordination
- 8Duties may include additional office tasks during shifts to support operations administrative
- 9Provide information on programs and events to promote facility image and participation marketing
Requirements5
- 1High school diploma or GED or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 2Ability to read, write and speak English fluently
- 3Must be able to sit for long periods at a computer terminal and communicate verbally with customers
- 4Must be able to work onsite in Phoenix, AZ during the seasonal period
- 5Must be able to handle multiple calls and use a queue/hold system effectively
