- 9Monitor and maintain pace of play standards
- 10Answer phones and respond to inquiries courteously and timely
- 11Assist with opening and closing procedures maintaining counter area fitting rooms and general shop appearance
- 12Work closely with golf professionals and outside service staff
- 13Communicate special requests or member preferences to appropriate team members
- 14Support tournament operations with materials and check in as needed
- 15Prioritize retail or customer service experience with golf shop background preferred
- 16Demonstrate basic golf knowledge and familiarity with golf products
- 17Maintain strong communication and interpersonal skills
- 18Comfortable with computers POS systems and multi line phones
