What You'll Do10
- 1Greet and assist Members and Guests with a professional and enthusiastic demeanor at arrival and departure
- 2Manage bag receiving, loading, cleaning clubs, and bag return to uphold service standards
- 3Prepare, operate, and maintain the cart fleet per course requirements
- 4Set up, maintain, and break down all practice facility areas according to daily schedules
- 5Assist with setup and execution of golf tournaments and related events
- 6Maintain a clean and orderly work area and support special requests from Members/Guests
- 7Attend mandatory golf meetings and collaborate with Golf Leadership on communications
- 8Provide valet services as location permits
- 9Support golf operations with a proactive, team oriented mindset
- 10Adhere to safety and traffic rules and uphold club policies during shifts
Requirements10
- 1Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- 2Ability to work outdoors in extreme temperatures and inclement weather
- 3Availability to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- 4Prior golf operations experience preferred
- 5Must be able to stand for long periods
- 6Seasonal availability from October 2026 to May 2027
- 7Commitment to professional conduct and exceptional guest service practices
- 8No traffic violations within the last three years
- 9Strong communication and teamwork skills
- 10Eligibility to work as a seasonal employee in the US
