What You'll Do10

  • 1Build a welcoming front desk experience by greeting clients and visitors with professionalism
  • 2Direct calls on a multi-line system and coordinate visitor arrivals
  • 3Schedule and manage conference rooms, assign spaces efficiently, and prepare rooms
  • 4Confirm meeting details and communicate changes to hosts and internal stakeholders
  • 5Coordinate with catering, room setups, building services, deliveries, and AV requirements
  • 6Perform regular checks of conference spaces to ensure cleanliness and readiness
  • 7Assist with hospitality requests including transportation, food orders, printing, shredding, and office arrangements
  • 8Respond promptly to client and attorney requests while balancing competing priorities
  • 9Maintain a polished appearance and deliver high-level customer service
  • 10Support additional reception, conference services, and administrative needs as assigned

Requirements10

  • 13-5 years of experience in reception, hospitality, concierge services, airline, customer service, or another high-touch client-facing environment
  • 2Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • 3Excellent organization, attention to detail, time management, and prioritization abilities
  • 4Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
  • 5Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • 6Familiarity with audio/visual equipment preferred
  • 7Experience with a multi-line phone or switchboard system is a plus
  • 8High School Diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred
  • 9Flexibility to work overtime including evenings and occasional weekends
  • 10Must maintain a neat, clean, and professional appearance in accordance with company guidelines
