What You'll Do7

  • 1Execute global real estate and workplace initiatives by coordinating workstreams, milestones, and deliverables with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • 2Maintain governance tools including project plans, RACI matrices, dependency maps, action registers, and decision logs to track progress and risks.
  • 3Support development of business cases, comparing scenarios, cost-benefit framing, timeline impacts, and key assumptions for leadership decisions.
  • 4Implement change management activities, including stakeholder coordination, rollout planning, and adoption tracking for new workplace initiatives.
  • 5Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to ensure consistent implementation of workplace experience programs and services.
  • 6Build scalable playbooks, templates, and standard operating toolkits for repeatable programs such as moves, office readiness, and workplace rollouts.
  • 7Step in to support miscellaneous tasks and emerging priorities across Real Estate, Workplace, and Facilities as business needs evolve.

Requirements8

  • 15+ years supporting or coordinating cross-functional programs in real estate, workplace, or similar environments.
  • 22+ years supporting organizational change initiatives, with familiarity with Prosci or ADKAR methodologies.
  • 3Bachelor's degree in real estate, architecture, project management, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 4Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple workstreams and deliver outcomes in ambiguous settings.
  • 5Strong analytical skills, including preparing executive-ready summaries and reporting.
  • 6Experience with workplace analytics and portfolio metrics is preferred.
  • 7Experience supporting IWMS, space reservation tools, and ServiceNow workflows is preferred.
  • 8Proven track record in workplace, real estate, or corporate transformations.
