Overview
Creative open-minded results-driven individual joins Business Transformation team. This individual contributor supports cross-functional teams to identify and implement innovative solutions that enhance efficiency optimize processes and enable sustainable scalable growth. Responsibilities include collaborating with executives to define project scope guiding business requirement translation managing end-to-end transformation projects applying Lean Six Sigma methodologies quantifying costs and resource requirements preparing workshop materials conducting data-driven analysis engaging stakeholders mapping current processes designing future state processes defining KPIs driving change management developing and maintaining project reports implementing digital solutions and automation fostering inclusive culture and continuous improvement.
What You'll Do11
- 1Collaborate with executives and departmental leaders to identify transformation opportunities create compelling business cases and define project scope and goals
- 2Consult internal leaders to capture and translate business requirements and guide development of transformative projects and initiatives
- 3Manage end-to-end business transformation projects meeting objectives timelines and budgets
- 4Apply Lean Six Sigma methodologies to identify process inefficiencies bottlenecks and waste quantify costs and resource requirements and financial benefits
- 5Prepare materials for cross-functional workshops conduct data-driven analysis and engage stakeholders to map current processes design future state processes and define KPIs
- 6Drive change management efforts including communication plans training and stakeholder engagement
- 7Develop and maintain project reports and dashboards using data-driven insights to monitor track projects identify risks and implement corrective actions
- 8Collaborate with technology teams to identify and implement digital solutions and automation opportunities including emerging technologies
- 9Drive definition and adherence to internal processes ensuring consistency and quality
- 10Lead and manage complex business process improvement projects
- 11Operate in fast-paced evolving environment
Requirements15
- 1Bachelor’s degree in Business Engineering Construction Management Information Systems or related field
- 25+ years relevant experience in business transformation project management or GIS-enabled environments
- 3Proven track record leading and managing complex business process improvement projects
- 4Strong leadership inspiring and motivating reaching consensus fostering inclusive curiosity innovation and continuous improvement
- 5Structured problem-solving process data analysis skills
- 6Interpersonal skills working effectively within cross-functional teams
- 7Ability to operate in fast-paced evolving environment
- 8Proficiency in Lean Six Sigma methodologies DMAIC Value Stream Mapping Kaizen
- 9Lean Six Sigma certification preferred
- 10Project management skills PMP certification preferred
- 11Experience in energy or construction industry
- 12Exposure to change management frameworks Prosci ADKAR
- 13Experience with data visualization tools Power BI
- 14Experience with Project Management Information Systems
- 15Proficiency in Office 365 including PowerPoint Excel
