- 2Evaluate project risks and implement strategies to secure primary development permits
- 3Draft and organize high-quality permit applications including agency data requests and compliance filings
- 4Coordinate technical support from development legal engineering environmental and construction groups
- 5Maintain regulatory compliance through schedule management and intergovernmental communication
- 6Establish constructive relationships with government agencies to convey project objectives and benefits
Requirements9
- 1Bachelor’s Degree with 7 years of energy industry experience
- 2Eligibility to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
- 3Preferred advanced degrees in law or related technical fields
- 4Proven experience in permitting project management and technical legal writing
- 5Ability to rapidly develop multidisciplinary expertise and act decisively under pressure
- 6Strong organizational problem-solving and communication abilities
- 7Self-directed detail-oriented professional with leadership potential
- 8Mastery of Microsoft Office and GIS platforms
