The Associate, Renewable Development will support the development of utility-scale geothermal solar storage and wind projects in California. What You'll Do11

  • 1Advance existing renewable project developments
  • 2Identify development prospects including market assessments and site reconnaissance
  • 3Develop competitive pricing strategies and manage resource assessment processes
  • 4Secure site control by negotiating leases easements and other agreements
  • 5Evaluate and track power market trends
  • 6Coordinate landowner communication efforts
  • 7Lead local state and federal permit acquisition
  • 8Represent Invenergy with customers landowners and officials
  • 9Initiate and manage generation interconnection activities
  • 10Assist project budgeting and scheduling
  • 11Manage tasks according to budgets and schedules coordinating internal and external technical support

Requirements7

  • 1Bachelor’s degree
  • 2At least 4 years of work experience in renewable or clean energy industry
  • 3Strong understanding of clean and renewable energy project development processes
  • 4Excellent organizational networking leadership and time management skills
  • 5Valid driver’s license and ability to work in the United States
  • 6Preferred Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business
  • 74+ years of relevant experience or working knowledge of energy project development
