What You'll Do6
- 1Build and deliver direct 1:1 ABA therapy in home or clinic environments
- 2Design and implement individualized treatment plans as written by the supervising BCBA
- 3Record data and submit session notes to track child progress
- 4Collaborate with peers and supervisors to ensure consistent care
- 5Attend regular staff meetings and trainings to stay aligned with best practices
- 6Maintain reliable transportation and be punctual for appointments
Requirements5
- 1Experience working with children and/or adolescents with autism spectrum disorder
- 2Effective communication in English, both verbal and written
- 3Ability to communicate with co workers, supervisors, and families
- 4Valid state ID and reliable transportation
- 5Must pass a criminal background check
