What You'll Do9

  • 1Build individualized ABA sessions under supervision to support skill acquisition in play, social, and communication areas
  • 2Design and implement treatment activities guided by BCBA plans to address behavioral goals
  • 3Lead data collection and progress tracking to demonstrate measurable improvements within 90 days
  • 4Ship and adapt intervention strategies based on client response and real-time feedback
  • 5Collaborate with BCBA and clinical team to ensure consistent care and progress notes
  • 6Scale routines and routines data to support family training and home-extension plans
  • 7Drive adherence to safety and ethical guidelines during therapy sessions
  • 8Own scheduling coordination and documentation to maintain accurate treatment records
  • 9Support ongoing training and mentorship through the clinic's program to grow into advanced roles

Requirements10

  • 1High School Diploma or GED
  • 2Pass a background check
  • 3RBT Certification preferred or willingness to obtain
  • 4Experience with kids or in childcare setting preferred
  • 5Bachelor’s or Master’s in Psychology, Education, Special Education, Counseling, Speech, or related fields is a plus
  • 6Experience in ABA or related field a plus
  • 7Strong communication and time management skills
  • 8Willingness to train in proprietary programs
  • 9Based in Round Rock, TX or willing to commute
  • 10Eligible for a full-time or part-time role with flexible scheduling
