What You'll Do9
- 1Perform diagnostic radiological exams using state‑of‑the‑art equipment and interpret images according to established protocols
- 2Verify patient identity and review medical records to ensure appropriate exam selection
- 3Explain procedures, risks, benefits, and medication side effects to patients before imaging
- 4Set up imaging systems, acquire images, and document findings for radiologists
- 5Maintain accurate documentation and communicate results promptly
- 6Respond to medical emergencies and manage acute patient situations
- 7Lead quality‑improvement initiatives focused on patient flow and diagnostic accuracy
- 8Provide imaging education to residents, student technologists, and new staff members
- 9Take call/standby assignments as scheduled
Requirements9
- 15+ years experience building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons of hands‑on radiography practice
- 3Medical degree or associate degree in radiography from an accredited program
- 4American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) certification in Radiography (R)
- 5American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support – Healthcare Provider completed by orientation start
- 6Physical stamina for standing, walking, lifting patients, and repetitive motion tasks
- 7Manual dexterity and visual acuity required to operate x‑ray equipment safely
- 8Strong interpersonal communication skills for patient interaction and interdisciplinary collaboration
- 9Ability to work independently and adapt to dynamic hospital environments
