Overview
As a Quick Lane Technician at Miller Ford, you own routine maintenance and light repairs for a high-volume dealership. What You'll Do7
- 1Perform oil changes, tire rotations, and other Quick Lane services with precision
- 2Inspect vehicles for faults and repairs, using diagnostic tools like Ford IDS
- 3Communicate with customers about service recommendations and costs
- 4Prepare work estimates and quotes for additional repairs
- 5Maintain a clean and safe work area, following OSHA standards
- 6Document all work and parts using Dealer Management System
- 7Collaborate with senior technicians to solve complex issues
Requirements6
- 12+ years experience as a technician at an automotive dealership, Ford preferred
- 2Own your personal set of hand tools
- 3Hold a clean driving record and valid driver's license
- 4Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods
- 5Pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen
- 6Flexibility to work Saturdays and one weekday off
