What You'll Do7

  • 1Diagnose vehicle concerns and complete maintenance and repairs accurately per repair orders and manufacturer guidelines.
  • 2Document all diagnostic procedures, repairs performed, test results, and labor time using dealership systems.
  • 3Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area while properly caring for tools, equipment, and customer vehicles.
  • 4Complete required technical training and maintain applicable manufacturer and ASE certifications.
  • 5Communicate with service advisors, technicians, and leadership to ensure smooth service flow.
  • 6Support dealership operations with a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays during peak sales periods.
  • 7Build customer loyalty through efficient, thorough service that drives repeat and referral business.

Requirements8

  • 1No previous experience required, but High School diploma or equivalent and 18+ years old.
  • 2Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record in state of residence.
  • 3Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • 4Willingness to complete technical training and pursue ASE certifications.
  • 5Basic automotive knowledge and mechanical aptitude.
  • 6Strong attention to detail and ability to follow diagnostic and repair procedures.
  • 7Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
  • 8Commitment to safety and cleanliness in the workspace.
